About the Role – Warehouse Team Leader
JINGDONG is actively hiring a Warehouse Team Leader in Dubai to strengthen its logistics and supply chain operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a motivated team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse activities on a daily basis. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Team Leader will oversee essential tasks that keep the warehouse running at its best.

Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and guiding a team of warehouse operatives in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Allocating tasks and monitoring progress to ensure shift targets are achieved.
- Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor by tracking team performance and providing operational updates.
- Identifying and addressing issues in day-to-day operations or escalating them when necessary.
- Overseeing the correct use of warehouse equipment and assisting with basic troubleshooting.
- Training new staff members on warehouse processes, equipment handling, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
To qualify for this position, candidates should have:
- 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role (preferred).
